    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 14-7-860, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO EXCUSING JURORS FOR GOOD CAUSE, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON WHO IS THE PRIMARY CARETAKER OF A PERSON SIXTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OR A SEVERELY DISABLED PERSON WHO CANNOT CARE FOR HIMSELF OR CANNOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED MAY BE EXCUSED FROM JURY DUTY BY THE PRESIDING JUDGE. - ratified title
