    AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 60, TITLE 40, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS, SO AS TO CONFORM THIS CHAPTER TO THE STATUTORY ORGANIZATIONAL FRAMEWORK ESTABLISHED FOR PROFESSIONAL AND OCCUPATIONAL BOARDS IN CHAPTER 1, TITLE 40 UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION AND TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR THE LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS, INCLUDING AMONG OTHER THINGS, REVISIONS OF THE CLASSROOM OR COURSE HOURS REQUIRED TO QUALIFY FOR THE DESIGNATED LEVELS OF APPRAISAL PERMITS, LICENSURE, AND CERTIFICATION. - ratified title
