    A Bill to amend Sections 33-49-440, 33-49-610, and 33-49-1030, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to rural electric cooperatives so as to eliminate the right to vote by mail at cooperative meetings, to provide for the removal of trustees and the election of successors, and to require an affirmative vote at a meeting of at least two-thirds of all of the members of the cooperative instead of the members voting at the meeting in order to dissolve a cooperative.
