    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 36 OF TITLE 33, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING ARTICLE 8 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE MEMBERSHIP OF A NONPROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 36 MAY ELECT FOR THE CORPORATION TO BECOME A PUBLIC BODY POLITIC AND CORPORATE; AND TO AMEND SECTION 6-25-20, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO JOINT MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEMS, SO AS TO INCLUDE AS A VOTING MEMBER A NONPROFIT CORPORATION WHICH HAS BECOME A PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 36 OF TITLE 33 AS ADDED BY THIS ACT.-AMENDED TITLE
