    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-13-1187, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO BAIT AUTHORIZED TO BE USED WITH TROTLINES, SET HOOKS, AND JUGS, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE USE OF LIVE NONGAME FISH AND BREAM ON SPECIFIED SET HOOKS ON THE EDISTO, BLACK, SAMPIT, BIG PEE DEE, LITTLE PEE DEE, LUMBER, AND WACCAMAW RIVERS, LIMIT THE NUMBER OF BREAM A PERSON MAY HAVE IN HIS POSSESSION WHILE FISHING WITH ONGAME TACKLE ON THESE RIVERS, PROHIBIT THE USE OF BREAM AS BAIT AFTER JUNE 30, 2001, AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.-AMENDED TITLE
