    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-330, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION OF VOTING PRECINCTS IN JASPER COUNTY, SO AS TO DELETE SPECIFIC DELINEATIONS OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THESE VOTING PRECINCTS AND DESIGNATE A MAP NUMBER ON WHICH LINES OF THESE PRECINCTS ARE DELINEATED AND MAINTAINED BY THE DIVISION OF RESEARCH AND STATISTICAL SERVICES OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, TO REDESIGNATE AN ADDITIONAL PRECINCT AS RIDGELAND 3, AND PROVIDE THAT POLLING PLACES FOR THESE PRECINCTS MUST BE DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND VOTER REGISTRATION OF JASPER COUNTY WITH THE APPROVAL OF A MAJORITY OF THE JASPER COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION.
