    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 6-9-55 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ANY CHANGES ADOPTED TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA BUILDING CODE BY THE SOUTH CAROLINA BUILDING CODE COUNCIL ARE DEEMED TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE SOUTH CAROLINA BUILDING CODE AND DO NOT HAVE TO BE READOPTED IN SUBSEQUENT CODE CYCLES.
