AN ACT TO DIRECT THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM THAT PORTION OF ROAD S-38-733 WITHIN THE CAMPUS OF DANTZLER MIDDLE SCHOOL IN ORANGEBURG COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Road closed
SECTION 1. The South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall remove from the state highway system that portion of Road S-38-733 within the boundaries of the campus of Dantzler Middle School in Orangeburg County.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
