AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 583 OF 1971 RELATING TO THE CREATION OF THE HILTON HEAD ISLAND FIRE DISTRICT IN BEAUFORT COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Act 583 of 1971 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect September 1, 1993.
