AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-11-90 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE MUZZLELOADER HUNTS IN GAME ZONE 2.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Muzzleloader hunts
SECTION 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 50-11-90. Notwithstanding regulations of the Department of Natural Resources, muzzleloader hunts may be held in Game Zone 2 (Abbeville, Anderson, Edgefield, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Newberry, and Saluda counties)."

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
