To whom was referred a Bill (H. 4008) to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by repealing Article 3 of Chapter 17, Title 51 relating to the heritage trust revenue bonds, etc., respectfully

TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY REPEALING ARTICLE 3 OF CHAPTER 17, TITLE 51 RELATING TO THE HERITAGE TRUST REVENUE BONDS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Article 3 of Chapter 17, Title 51 of the 1976 Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
