    A BILL TO AMEND ARTICLE 11, CHAPTER 5, TITLE 50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO SHRIMP, BY ADDING SECTIONS 50-5-1102, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN PERSONS MAY NOT OBTAIN OR HOLD A SHRIMP BAITING LICENSE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2000, AND SECTION 50-5-1110, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2002, WHEN TAKING SHRIMP OVER BAIT NO CAST NET MAY BE USED HAVING A MESH SIZE SMALLER THAN ONE-HALF INCH SQUARE MEASURE OR ONE INCH STRETCH MEASURE.-AMENDED TITLE
