AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 39-15-1190, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE UNLAWFUL USE OF COUNTERFEIT MARKS, SO AS TO FURTHER DEFINE A "COUNTERFEIT MARK", TO ESTABLISH FELONIES FOR THE USE OF, TRAFFICKING IN, AND PRODUCTION OF A COUNTERFEIT MARK, TO PROVIDE FOR SEIZURE AND SALE OF ITEMS IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF A COUNTERFEIT MARK, AND TO PROVIDE FOR INVESTIGATORY POWERS OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE; AND BY ADDING SECTION 39-15-1195 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR SEIZURE AND FORFEITURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES OF PROPERTY INVOLVED IN THE CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS ESTABLISHED FOR COUNTERFEIT MARKS AND PROVIDE THE PROCEDURES APPLICABLE FOR THIS SEIZURE AND FORFEITURE. - ratified title
