H 3670 General Bill, By R.N. McLellan, Kirsh and J.H. Toal
    A Bill to amend Article 9, Chapter 9, Title 11, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to projecting and forecasting state revenues and expenditures, by adding Section 11-9-825 so as to authorize the Board of Economic Advisors to establish an advisory board; to amend Section 11-9-820, relating to the membership of the board, so as to enlarge and change the composition of the board and provide for staffing, administrative, and logistical support by the Director of Research and Statistical Services Division of the Budget and Control Board; and to amend Section 11-9-830, relating to the duties of the board, so as to require the board to certify the revenue projections used at each stage of the appropriations process.
