    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-7-65 so as to provide that a resident of a nursing home or a resident's representative may contract with a person not associated with the nursing home from an approved list to perform sitter services, to provide exceptions to require that the facility is held harmless, and to require persons currently providing these services to conform to this Section.-amended title
