    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 587 OF 1994, RELATING TO THE CREATION OF THE CHESTERFIELD COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION, SO AS TO DELETE THE PROVISIONS MAKING THE CLERK AN EX OFFICIO MEMBER OF THE BOARD AND PROVIDING FOR THE CLERK TO RECEIVE A SALARY IN ADDITION TO THAT AMOUNT PAID TO MEMBERS OF THE BOARD, AND AUTHORIZE THE BOARD TO HIRE A DIRECTOR TO PERFORM SUCH RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE BOARD SHALL DETERMINE.
