    A Bill to amend Section 48-9-1220, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to nomination and election of Soil and Water Conservation Districts' Commissioners, so as to revise the nomination procedures for placement on the ballot and the terms of office of these commissioners effective with the 1990 election and to amend Section 48-9-1230, relating to terms of office and vacancies of these commissioners, so as to revise this Section in order to conform it to the above provisions.
