    A Bill to amend Section 56-1-90, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to proof of items in applying for a driver's license or special identification card, so as to allow any reasonably reliable document containing the applicant's Social Security number to serve as sufficient proof of the existence and validity of his Social Security number, to provide that the Social Security number may be obtained from other sources, and to provide that the person's driver's license number may be his Social Security number.-amended title
