    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 44-66-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE HEALTH CARE DECISIONS FOR A PATIENT WHO IS UNABLE TO CONSENT, SO AS TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL CATEGORY OF SUCH PERSONS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES; AND TO AMEND SECTIONS 44-26-40, 44-26-50, AND 44-26-60, ALL RELATING TO HEALTH CARE DECISION MAKING FOR CLIENTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES OR WHO ARE MINORS, SO AS TO MAKE TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS AND CONFORMING CHANGES. - ratified title
