    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-5010, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the establishment and purpose of the Children's Trust Fund of South Carolina and Section 20-7-5030, relating to the Board of Trustees of the Trust Fund, so as to provide that the purpose of the Fund and the powers and duties of the Board are for the prevention of child abuse and neglect rather than for a broad array of prevention and treatment programs for children.
