    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 57-3-625 so as to provide that if access to a particular property or properties is controlled by a traffic signal, the Department of Highways and Public Transportation may require that improvements be made to the property within five hundred feet of the Department's right of way which are necessary to improve traffic flow at the intersection controlled by the traffic signal, and to specify the type of improved required.-amended title
