    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 12-37-224, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MOTOR HOMES WHICH QUALIFY AS A PRIMARY OR SECONDARY RESIDENCE FOR PURPOSES OF AD VALOREM PROPERTY TAX, SO AS TO INCLUDE A BOAT OR WATERCRAFT, OR A TRAILER USED FOR CAMPING AND RECREATIONAL TRAVEL PULLED BY A MOTOR VEHICLE AND TO REQUIRE THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF A MOTOR HOME, A BOAT OR WATERCRAFT, OR TRAILER THAT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ACT TO BE DETERMINED IN THE MANNER THAT MOTOR VEHICLES ARE VALUED FOR PROPERTY TAX PURPOSES. - ratified title
